When the disconnect happens (e.g., game start, chat)

Some of you have noticed connection issues since we switched to HTTPS – we know it’s frustrating, and we’re on it! Our boss emphasizes: We’re investigating intensely, but we don’t yet know how many are affected or why. Without your feedback, we’re in the dark!

Why is HTTPS tricky?

Secure but complex: HTTPS encrypts connections, making FlyOrDie safer, but it can cause disconnects on weak networks (e.g., mobile data, public Wi-Fi).

Different devices: Old smartphones or browsers may struggle with the new tech, but we can’t see these issues directly

Errors hard to trace: When you see “Lost Connection,” we get no detailed error message – just that notice. This often stems from network issues, outdated browsers, or conflicts with HTTPS encryption (e.g., WebS…

Why not allow all players to cancel the game if they invite the wrong player.  Let's say I have 2000 points and I mistakenly invite a player with 1000!  Why not allow any player to cancel a game before the first move without suffering a loss of points!  We all have had this to happen.  Thanks, DAVE
