Yes, "Owl" has the right to post his opinion. However, the
first
post he made (the one that the moderators rightfully removed), was unacceptable. He purposely insulted Champ's music solely for the need to bolster attention.
It is possible to not like someone's work without having to insult it. However "Owl" chose to insult his music. there's a difference.
