The net has no use in Larkinor yet,but when your in a fight you can catch a monster.It's recommended to just sell them.

well, wait, it does have a use, ust not to him. It only has a use for characters who have paid of the king with 1,000,000 silvers, giving them the right to leave the island and who have bought a boat to get to Thord-Artin or whatever it's called

i've caught a monster, but after moving 1 step it disappeared... where can i find it? or do i need to buy fodders for it??
