I was playing in backgammon tournament and my rating color changed from blue to green and was not able to play any other games.WHY?

Your colour changing from blue to green means your tournament session was ended due to inactivity, being out of the room or using DND too long triggers this. Once timed out, your score is final and you’re excluded from further matches in that tourney. Details are explained here -
