Sorry to hear about the connection problems, however, the server is functioning properly. 

Please clear your browser's cache and consider connecting your PC via LAN cable instead of using WIFI. A connection via LAN cable is more reliable than one via WIFI. 

Another suggestion is to contact your Internet service provider to have your Internet checked. It's possible that they could also enhance the latency a little.
