I registered and keep trying to get a game but everyone declines. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the bottom window on the right. I click on a name and then click challenge but everybody declines. What gives?

Some people may not want to play at that moment or your rating is too low for them. Try to challenge players with similar ratings as yours.
I apologize to guests but I like to see a players credentials,in other words their win/loss percentage. So therefore I never play guests.
I am a new player and have the opposite problem. Everyone seems to want to play me. The Quests overwhelm me with challenges.
