when a player lost on time and his opponent has not sufficient material to win then it is always draw for example king with only a bishop the programm gives the win to the player who wins on time thats against the rules therefore this mistake has to be changed in the program

that is true and it is very annoying that it does not give a draw in situations like that... it makes the rating less representative. i for example lost a game tight now with my king and queen against knight and king just because of the time. This is actually against the official rules of chess.
