Dear Operator, I have just reinstalled Windows from scratch. + Install Win XP SP3. + Install IE8 (upgrade from IE6 => IE7 -> IE8). + Install latest Java (JRE). And, when I connect to flyordie.com, login, and start to play chess, I always get "JAVA NEEDED". By the way, I do not have any problem with Firefox; I am using Win XP Japanese; and I have enabled Java in IE. Best regards. JPPlayer.

Please check the following in your browser: tools - internet options - advanced scroll down to "Java (SUN)" see if the checkbox next to "Use JRE 1.6.0....." or similar is checked. Check it if not. Thanks, OP
