For that mission you do not need to answer that question.

I know the question does not require an answer.  When I continue forward, I die and am returned home because my dexterity was not high enough.

What does the dexterity level need to be to allow me to get past that point?

I don't think anyone really knows the exact number of dex. points needed, but what I am trying to say is that you can complete the mission without doing that question.
