now when i click enter game i get a msg that my security settings prevent it from opening. anyone have any help?

i have a new lenovo ideapad, i have a new download of firefox. now what is it i need to play darts? no matter what it's the wrong browser. why are some playing but mine won't? also i even d'loaded the esr version of firefox. now when it prompts me to login in the darts window it won't let me type in my username or password.

i have tried every browser, every link given to a compatible (suppose to be) browser and still no browser works with darts. what's the problem? why do some get to play but not others?

So two days ago, I decided to go back to having a few games of darts, I always pop in every few months - I know for many people this seems impossible to them.

After doing some research of a browser that supports old Java, Adobe supported games, I have FINALLY found one that requires no setting changes or faffing!

If you want to play Darts again and have the Microsoft Edge Browser then follow the steps below.
1. Open The Microsoft Edge Browser.

2. Click on Options in the top right of the Browser (3 Small Dots).

3. Click on the Settings option.

4. Search for IE Mode in the Search Box.

5. Scroll down until you see ''Allow sites to be reloaded in internet explorer mode'' (IE Mode).

6. Set the option to ''Allow''.

7. Load up www.Flyordie.com/darts

8. Login to the game.

9. Install the FlyOrDie Java Plugin when it prompts you asking you to (it might say it won't work after you install it but ignore that message if it pops up, I had that and it worked for me anyway).

10. Reload the website after you've installed it and done the above.

You should now be able …

I was just wondering if darts was ever going to be reopened and put back on the sign in page. I for one would love to see that happen. I'm sure if it were to be put in a format that everyone could access, the players would return, old and new . I look forward to hearing the outcome.

I've used firefox browser for years, now they stop using java. fly or die games tell me I need a java friendly  browser and/or I need to download java. I have the new firefox browser FOD suggests as well as Edge which also is Internet Explorer both which use java but none of these work. which browser do we use to play games now?

Hello everyone, since there are always questions about the browser, I tried something today:

Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge

1.Browse to the website you want to view in Internet Explorer mode.
2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window.
3. Select “Reload in Internet Explorer Mode.”
4. Log in to the Flyordie site
5. Now the user is expected to install the Java Installer.
6. After installation, you may have to click “allow” in the security settings.
7. You can then log in to the darts room and you're ready to go.

This worked for me today and I can finally play darts again.

i've d'loaded firefox from a half dozen different links posted in the website and everytime i get the same thing. it's an incompatible version. does no one here  have the ability to share the correct  why do some have it and others don't?

Do any admins look at dart tournaments? Maybe it's worth taking a look at what's going on there?
