constant disconnects - who's running this site - poor quality

Why is it ,a player can leave the game anytime he wants when he is winning and still gets credit for a win ???? Fix this now or I will delete my PAID account !!!

During my last game, my opponent (Facualma) left the game in voluntary manner just at the end of last end when it was 3pts up, but without hammer. Then I was enable to try to recover score, was credited of 2 points als lost game. So 2 learnings: 1) Facualma is a cheater, he deserves a  demerit point. 2) Again and again and again. Like a lot of the other talk in here, I have experienced this lately. My last opponent (Honer is witness to it and has screenshots) left in the last end before even throwing a rock. This needs to be fixed ASAP for the integrity of the game.

I stopped playing in April because of the "disconnection problem". I thought surely the issue would be rectified by July, so I started playing again. No such luck - the disconnects  continue. I'm disconnecting permanently...

In the last few days I have played 7 games against real players where I was suddenly disconnected and ultimately lost. I entered a 2 hour tournament. Played 4 games which I won, yay. After that it wouldn't put me in another game. I sat and watched the others play 6 or 7 games or more. I still won the tournament but why didn't I get to play.
