Everyone loses them every day, so you are not at a disadvantage.

800+ you lose 6 points, and 900 you lose 8

tinted ok this is how it goes, 
if ur a (5) u lose 1 point over night 
if ur a (4) u lose 2 points 
(3) lose 3 points 
(2)lose 4 points
(1) lose 5 points 

It is right, it is equal for everyone and ensures that you have to play to keep a rating. It is fair to presume that the longer you go without playing, the more likely you are to lose your touch. It also stops people making high ratings and leaving them there.
