Smurf, We miss Your Blueness. I hope you're not hurting too much. I guess they must have told you that a bad sprain can be just as serious and difficult to deal with as a break. (So don't feel like a wimp if it seems like it hurts more than it "should". Or if you're not running marathons by next weekend.) Just take it easy and let nature take it's course. Then do everything they tell u to do in Rehab Therapy. I had a broken leg for two years... bone grafts and the whole shot... so I've been there, too. I used crutches and even a cane for a while... and I became an excellent one-footed hopper! lol... get better soon and be careful on those stairs when attempting to get to your computer and Larkinor. :D Smiles, Zuni :)

i have been late today reading the message board because of an am doctor's appointment. so was sorry to read just now of your mishap. i've never been " there", but i can imagine the problems it has been giving you in the kitchen alone let alone going up and down stairs. get well soon! rexyin8

Thank you all! Since my 'puter is upstairs I hadn't tackled it yet. Good news is it is only a bad sprain and already much better. My question is........how did the Larki grapevine hear about it??? I haven' talked to Ralph since it happened and haven't been onlin. Was Nuke Boy on? he didn't mention it to me. Oh well it is so nice to hear from you all. I will be hopping around Larki a little slower but will be around

Oooh! Just in time for the weather to turn wintry and make getting around difficult, even with two good ankles. Are you on crutches? If so, I hope those smurfs of yours are taking good care of you. I was on crutches once for a month and I know it is no fun. You can't do ANYTHING by yourself. Stay safe and get well. alpie (been there, done that)
