I am a subscriber but I had to re-install XP after a big crash and now they say I am not a subscriber. Does anyone know how to put this right?

I am a subscriber but I had to re-install XP after a big crash and now they say I am not a subscriber. Does anyone know how to put this right?
It's more than likely that your subscription has ran out. Click on settings at login screen then click on check status. If it says your still subscribed then email support@flyordie.com (i think) and ask them to check your account out. Hope this helps
