since 2 month i have disconnection problem: the cue appears after a long time, when im on play or not, and finally it dosent appear and the server disconnect. I can play short games (9pool) but no more snook and i lose the points, even if i reconnect fastly. Why has this problem appeared?

i have had this problem for a year now. in the past week i have discovered that if i do not check out my or other players scores on the info link that the problem has reduced to only a couple of times in the past week instead of several times a day.
