What is the balloon? The computer keeps on telling me who has it and how many steps they've had it. I know you can ignore it but I can'y not knowing what it is. Thanks, sclar1

What is the balloon?
if you get the balloon it will tell you where a prize is. Also you can float over walls with the balloon.
