i have a demerit on my name and the sub has ran out, if i made new name and subbed would i still have demerit? if yes i think ill wait :p

Sonme people automatically get a different IP address each time they connect to the internet. Otherwise you either have to reset your modem or ask your ISP depending on their methods.
I dont know, sometimes my ip just changes. So i think thats what beppe ment with his post.
