Stick with the same number, color, and row.  I don't know if this actual helps with winning, but I think it's a good idea, and here's why:  If you put the number on 5 for one roll and lose, and then put if on seven and the winning number was 5, you'll be kicking yourself.  I know.  I've done it before.  That's why I stick with the same numbers, that way I'm not annoyed + out of cash.  I'm just out of cash, lol.  

I would think that the best odds are red or black 50/50.  Bet an amount and if you lose, bet double.  Keep doing that until you win and then go back to your original bet.  The only problem is that if you consecutively lose you will lose a ton of money for minimal gain when you do win.
