I have come up with a few ideas in tanx for FOD which would be definitley impove the game in my opinion.
1)Since 1on1 duels without the use of hills is becoming more and more common, it would be great if there was a completely flat battlefield for us to play on. This would take away any accusations of 'using hills' during the game. Another thing this would do is make the match more dependant on skills rather than luck because the position of players gives unfair advantages(fighting against a slope, in a tight place). On this Players can play alot more freely without hiding and being constricted into narrow spaces
2)Like subs get the option to choose which battlefield they want to start an op on, we should also be able to select the quantities of each weapon (zero, infinite, 20 etc.). And as well as the no power option, along with it should be a no energy option aswell.
3)One huge problem for many people inluding myself is the lag in the game, and with a kind of game like tanx, it has a crucial effect. First of all I would the ads will be removed and the overall the server improved.
These arent obligations, only suggestions for FOD and i really hope you would take them into consideration.

I certainly agree with number (1) wretch But number (3) is a tricky one ....because FlyorDie allows their sponsers to place ads on the website , so if these were removed then i think they would lose money (however , im not quite sure ) --------------------------------------- But here is an idea of my own , FlyOrDie should make 3 or 4 prototype terrains and put them on trial ONLY for subscribers and see which 1 or 2 they like best and have it put on flyordie ....this means only subs can get access to these new terrains and would stop alot of moaning about subscription benefits etc... --------------------------------------------- Also they COULD give subs the ability to modify their tank , when i say this i dont mean placing neons under their tanks and blasting heavy tunes to their nextdoor tank neighbours :p , but instead , reward the person / persons for say getting 1000 + posts , a 2:00 + kill ratio , 30 kills without dying , winning a tourney ....just little things like that so that being subbed becomes more of an attraction to non subs ....but modifying your tank could include long distance sniping with nukes or longer grenade launchers , i would definately get subbed if this was to happen Anyways , good ideas wretch cya later TANK ;)
Well, giving the non-subscribers so much features would defeat the purpose of subscribing.
so cancell subscriptions when subs run out or have a ration of money to give back for time left on sub. yes lag is a big killer wretch :| grr on lag lol
I AGREE WITH URCHIN AT NUMBER 3. ATUALLY I VE BEEN BAD LAG X-( AND WOULD BE FUNNY IF WE CAN CUSTUMIZE THE TANKS AND TOO PLAY IN OPS WITH 8 OR 10 PPLS DID U UNDERSTAND ME OR MY INGLISH STILL SUX???? B-) CYA
i think that they should b able to modify thier tanx wen they sub but the prototye terrain should b 4 every1
lag means that the game temporarily freezes or it gets really slow. then hopefully back to normal pace and then back to lag :( lol
FlyOrDie cannot be made responsible for all the lag...in fact much of it can be caused by the quality of your connection to the server, and that is just not limited to whether you have dial-up, DSL, cable, or other connection. The best way to find the quality of the connection is to perform a PING test on flyordie's various domains/gameservers from the Command Prompt (windows):

You are looking for 0% packet loss and low response times from the server.
Tanx Master, What goo would it be if we made the best players tank better. If they have a 2:00 kill ratio or have won a turny they dont need to increase their chances of hitting a target.
i want small groups of trees. Thay start green and you can shoot them and catch on fire. Once the've burnt to a crisp you could shoot the black stumps to smitherens. maybe small pools of water (very slow) or a deep 1 you would sink and die in.
Snipe , i wasnt saying give the "best" ;\ players full red power or anything like that ....what i meant was minor modifications like increased grenade range , but this modification would have to be earned through something rather tasking , not easily acheivable otherwise everyone would have it ....

i totally agree wit tanx master about the upgrads an the prototype levels and they should be sub ONLY the subs dont get hardly ne thing so that was y i say that
