King & rook vs king & rook does not mean an automatic draw, as you can checkmate your opponent with a rook and a king.

The game is drawn when one of the following endings arises: 
king against king; 
king against king with only bishop or knight; 
king and bishop against king and bishop, with both bishops on diagonals of the same colour.

i play with patriot (rating 700) and we have a draw position!!!!! i lose becuse the time!!! i want a draw its a draw position!!!! (i play in 20 minutes)

I also lost some game because of time, even if it was a draw position.
What I wanted to add is that when the same position appears three time, the game should automaticly end in a draw.
Please mister operator you have to do something with this!!!
Because some cheater use this bugg to win game with time

Not exactly operator. If you've ever been in tournament play, you can have floor judges (masters and experts don't need them)call such positions draws due to insufficient losing chances. Basically, the position is assessed and if a C rate player could draw against a grandmaster in the given position, than it is ruled a draw by tournament judges. If a pawn is added to one side, many times they will not rule it a draw.

A rook and king vs. a rook and king is considered by judges to be a drawn position (unless it was part of a combo which forced one of the rooks to be captured for free)

I also lost a game to Adamantine where he had an h pawn and king verses my king. I stood in front of the pawn and neither of us got anywhere. We just moved till my time ran out. This would be called a technical draw.
