I know how frustrating it is to lose games and points because of dropped connections, especially when you’ve been a long-time player. Please let me assure you that this isn’t being ignored, the developers are fully aware, and stability has been made a top priority in the current site revamp.

is where disconnection issues are being logged and tracked, so please add your details there. When reporting, it helps to include:
- The time and date of the dropped match
- The browser and device you were using
- Whether you were on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or Ethernet
- Any other information i.e background apps/websites, chatting in game etc
This information allows the technical team to check the server logs and compare them with player setups, which is vital in pinpointing why some players are affected more than others.
Behind the scenes, FlyOrDie is already:
- Transitioning all games to a new HTTPS-based architecture for stronger, more reliable connections
- Testing different technologies to reduce latency and disconnect frequency
- Building new diagnostic tools to detect and solve errors faster
I completely understand your frustration, but please don’t give up on Checkers here. You’ve been part of the community for many years, and player retention is just as important to the developers as fixing the technical issues. Improvements are underway, and the more detail you share in the dedicated thread, the faster the team can deliver solutions.
