Unsure what they are actually called. What do those labels mean and where do they originate? e.g. "Influential", "fod-god","despot" etc? Thanks.

Those labels are part of FlyOrDie’s Oldtimer score system, which shows how long and how actively someone has played on the site. The score grows with continued play and can drop if a player gets demerits or bans. The titles match your “dots” level, for example: - 6 dots = Influential - 7 dots = Fanatic - 8 dots =Despot - 9 dots = FOD-God You can check your own oldtimer score progress by opening your player profile, clicking the edit button, and looking for the “Progress to next” bar.
It’s not the number of games as such, it’s more “actual time spent playing” all of the games.
