During my last game, my opponent (Facualma) left the game in voluntary manner just at the end of last end when it was 3pts up, but without hammer. Then I was enable to try to recover score, was credited of 2 points als lost game. So 2 learnings: 1) Facualma is a cheater, he deserves a demerit point. 2) Again and again and again. In this case when a player leaves a game (for whatever reason) he should loase the gam. I cannot understand why this issue is not fixed by moderators/developpers

While I’d encourage you not to label others as “cheaters”, I do agree that your second point is valid. If a player quits a match, whether they’re winning or losing, that should, in fairness, count as a full loss, not just for one end, but for the full match. It would encourage better sportsmanship and protect those who play the full game out. Hopefully, the developers will take this feedback seriously as it has been mentioned numerous time before in the forum.

Just saying, this exact appointment did the same thing to me. I reported the incident when it happened, and as per always, nothing gets done.
Changing the rule to what you are suggesting -that if a player leaves for any reason they lose, that wont work
because you create a new , worse problem, -players who want to annoy you will start a game (could be up to 10 ends) and sit there and not play and you will have to wait 80 minutes or leave yourself and lose
If you want to ask for them to implement the rule you are asking for , you need to think of a second rule to avoid the other problem for example : If a player doesn't throw 4 stones consecutively they are disqualified
