help curling game
I played curling for two days in a row and was disconnected from the game while playing, I have mentioned this problem before and you ignored and canceled my complaint, please do something. This has happened to many players
I’ve had a look through your recent Curling matches, and I can confirm that none of them appear to have ended due to a disconnection.

This doesn’t mean your experience isn’t valid, but so far, there’s no system log showing an actual disconnection.

If it continues, I’d recommend trying a different browser or connection method, and of course, let us know if anything changes.

Brief or partial disconnections may not always be captured in full by the system logs, especially while FlyOrDie continues rolling out updates across the platform.

If you (or others) are still experiencing disconnection issues, I recommend sharing your details in the official forum thread here -
https://www.flyordie.com/forum/253623

The Moderation Team is actively monitoring that topic and testing across devices and browsers.

In the meantime, as mentioned above, trying a different browser, clearing your cache, or switching connection type (e.g. from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa) might help.

Hi,

We know that ideally, players would experience zero disconnects, and that is absolutely our long-term goal. As we've explained in our previous communications, achieving this in a live, real-time gaming environment is incredibly complex and involves many variables. The recent move to HTTPS was a critical security upgrade, and like any significant system change, it can expose underlying network sensitivities unique to various player setups. It's a necessary step towards a more secure future.

More importantly, we are currently undertaking a massive project to transition our entire game site to a completely new technical architecture. This isn't a quick fix or a simple remedy; it's like rebuilding the entire foundation of a house while still living in it. This requires significant time, resources, and continuous effort. Our "official responses" aren't excuses for an inability to fix the problem; they are transparent explanations of the complex, ongoing work designed to fundamentally improve the site's stability and performance for everyone.

We know these issues are persistent for some of you, and we truly appreciate your patience as this comprehensive modernization continues. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing disruptions and delivering a more robust and reliable platform in due course.
