First, we want to address your specific claims: User-side programs, including those used for cheating, do not introduce viruses or malicious software that affect our game servers, site integrity, or cause disconnections for other players. Such claims are entirely unfounded. While we have robust systems and strict policies against cheating and take swift action against any verified violations, these are separate from general disconnection issues. 

Disconnections in online gaming are a complex technical reality. They often stem from factors like your network stability (internet service provider, Wi-Fi, mobile data) or outdated browsers. Regarding HTTPS, our entire game site runs via HTTPS to ensure secure connections.

Furthermore, we are actively transitioning our game site to an entirely new technical architecture. This is a massive, ongoing project that takes significant time and resources, as it involves rebuilding and optimizing core systems to improve overall performance and stability - hence the occurring d/c's.
