how  do i get as a paying subscription customer under the sale of goods act my subscription money refunded? tired of "reconnect  messages" and tired of the "not our fault" replies from customer services and tired of the useless "how to resolve" answers - none of which work -all other websites i visit have no problem at all with  connections

My request for a refund was respectful -you reviewed my last 70 games -you should have reviewed my last 15 games and your disconnection percentages would have been far higher than the ones you have stated. This is a periodic problem that comes in "batches" weeks with no problems then 3 or 4 days of almost non stop disconnect problems.once again you state the cause of the problem is "rarely solely on our side" and we "do not give refunds for disatisfacation with service" (sorry sounds like a cop out to me) You also state "real time gaming demands a highly robust connection"  I play many  real time games on my computer and have no problems with any of these sites. Many many of your customers are  complaining about this same issue but it appears flyordie are simply happy to turn a blind eye to this problem  and continue to take the subscriptions with the clause written in their terms that they wont refund any monies - Yes only 19 days left on my current subscription So guess i will have to "write this time off" with no cooperation or compensation...
