Regarding Your Disconnections and Account Points
Hi,
We understand your frustration with disconnections, and it's certainly annoying when it impacts your game. However, we need to address the tone of your recent post (your post has been edited). While we appreciate feedback, we expect all forum discussions to remain respectful and constructive.
We took a closer look at your recent game history, as your experience sounded quite severe.
In Bullet Chess 2, over your last 74 games, we found 11 disconnections not in your favor and 3 that were in your favor. This means roughly 10% of those games involved a disconnect. We also checked your daily activity; you haven't actually hit 10 disconnections in a single day, and some days show no disconnects at all. It's important to keep things reasonable when describing your experience.
In Bullet Chess (standard), looking at your last 85 games, you had zero disconnections against you, but 4 disconnections were in your favor, giving you an advantage there.
So, while disconnections can certainly be frustrating, our data doesn't support the claim of "about 10 disconnections per day" or a consistent negative impact on your points. The numbers indicate the issue isn't as severe or one-sided as you feel.
Understanding Disconnections and Our System
Disconnections in online gaming can happen for many reasons, often related to network stability (your internet connection, Wi-Fi, mobile data), outdated browsers, or issues with HTTPS encryption, which keeps our game secure. These are complex technical areas, and it's often not solely on our side.
We've discussed these challenges in detail in our dedicated forum topic:

To help us investigate further, we ask that you post any specific hardware or software information there. This helps us track issues systematically, rather than through individual posts or emails.
We are continuously working to improve server stability and our systems, but we also rely on users providing accurate and calm information when problems arise.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
