I can't see how to contact the moderators, so am posting this way:

I just won a game 4-0 against the opponent "neofromthematrix" in backgammon. My profile shows I should have received 25 points but my score is one point less than it was before. I've never before played this player. Please explain to me why this is. Thank you.

You played that player in multiple games over two sessions

Because you played these 2 sets of games quite close together the system has grouped it together thus meaning a total of 25 points gained by you.  You played a number of games in between the two times you played 'neofromthematrix', hence why your rating has fluctuated.
