Hello, I have been contacting moderators for 5 days because there is a problem, but have not received any response so far, so I will have to try via the forum because I have not received any response at all, not even a simple confirmation that they have read it, for example, the problem is the following: I have been a subscriber for 1 year and still have more than 2 months of membership open, when I look in the lists (in curling) such as average or everywhere rating, then despite my membership I am not in any list, this is anyway very strange, how is this possible? and it can be looked into and the problem can be solved, I hope that I can now get a response here on the forum, kind regards, Hans

I am wondering because my last reply didnt get a straight answer, is somebody gonne have a look at this, or you silence this without anny solution, thats what happening mostly with questions and problems in the forum, so i need to wait a month to see if the list update anbd when it doesnt you say wait one more month (give it some time) and my subscribtion is over!, I still believe this isnt the way to treat members and subscribers, so I still waiting for an answer Kind off regards Hans

Yes i see this, but from game you never be redirected to your link ,the link on your side redirect players to this page

and there i doesnt show up in anny list , so still very weird ? This is where all players looking from the link button in the game and i still dont show up in anny list please how is this posible and have a look at it

Not updated ? thats incorrect again I was always in that list till a few weeks ago, and how is it posible i dont show up now in that list, and other list at all ? Excample is my average is the highest one in curling game and didnt drop annything So in this list i should apear in top position , and i am not in the list at all ?

You're just explaining that it hasn't been updated, that is what I was telling you. If you have been on the list and now you're not => it hasn't been updated, hence the link.

A update means a refresh of the list and the page, when i was number one, and always was number one on that list , then when its not updated i would be still number one, thats easy to understand, i doesnt show up in the list at all that can never been the problem off a not update? so please let a moderator have a look whats wrong, we chatting now 2 days and longer about a problem that could be solved by a simple request to a moderator that you can make for a member abd subscriber from flyordie, it would be nice when you take subscribers a litlle more serious, bacause all the answers you and the assistent moderator before where false, please contact a moderator and you will see that the problem is something else and not about a update, thanks

Hello chimneyslider i yust saw you a senior moderator, i didnt want to offent you, i yust want this problem to be solved, because i know this is not gonne be solved by waiting over time!, now I understand to solve this the operator needs to have a look how this is posible, i am sorry to border you with this, but for me this is a huge item, i made subsribtion in first place to show up in the top list because i think i deserve it, i hope this problem is soon gonne be solved, regards and respect from Hans

It doesn't look like you are subscribed at the moment, therefore, you wont be visible in the Toplists.

I got a star and subscribed for a full year so that should be correct, i think something is wrong with the system when you cant see my subscribtion ? , hope this got solved fast, like i said moderators didnt even answer my 5 days mails to them, that is not how you should treat a subscriber on Fly, hope we find the problem and thank you for your fast reply, think mods can learn from you friend

OK, firstly, you are subscribed, a Moderator has confirmed this for me. Secondly, I believe you aren’t showing in the Curling Toplist charts because you haven’t played there for over a month. I could be wrong but I believe you need to be “actively playing” to be in the Toplists.

Hello thank you for the reply, but that cant be true because i had a look at the toplist and excample player spoopy.patooti is showing in the toplist and he didnt played for 5 month ! , so there must be another mistake or system error please contact a moderator and let him have a look at it, hopefully this can be solved soon, thanks in advance and I will be waiting on a reply
