I cant get sound and i cant get the board to play vertically (flip it)

Hello dancat. 
What kind of tablet or phone are you using? 
Certain tablets/smartphones have the option to prevent rotation. Please verify that rotation is not locked by checking the settings.
As for the sound you could try a different browser.

The two problems that you encounter, which are the sound and the rotation of your device, can only be corrected by you.

*Check the sound settings of your tablet/Android or iPhone computer. Make sure the sound settings are correct and the sound is not muted.
*For rotation, carry out the same checks.
You can also search for a tutorial on Youtube which will explain to you, depending on the brand of device you are using, the procedure to follow.

You can also use the book attached to your device which in the “use and adjustment of...” section gives you how to make these adjustment 

Don't forget to update your operating system
