If you rolled them you wouldn't complain. It is possible to roll 10 double 6s in a row. Unlikely but possible.

You can stamp your foot and act self righteous, but we both know the odds of rolling doubles 4x in a row are 1296 to one or .07%. It’s a joke when it happens repeatedly. Your stubborn refusal to acknowledge there’s a glitch makes me think you don’t play backgammon here.

Just played 23 games and kept track of doubles rolled.
Me: 43
Opponent: 84

I won't even mention the amount of times my opponent rolled doubles 2 or 3 times in a row. Not sure why you think you're the arbiter of randomness

I don’t have access to the code, so it’s impossible for me to do so. However, we can rely on probability and reach a reasonable conclusion.

I would complain and have. It's ridiculous no matter which party gets the benefit because its completely unrealistic. If you understood probability even a little, you'd understand rolling "10 double sixes in a row" is as close to impossible as you can get
