I just posted about being able to get a permanent banned removed if you were only answering back to someone else that had started it to defend yourself. However this showed to be me but I posted this for a friend James 03. He said he would mute from now on and not talk to the trouble makers anymore and he wanted to get a subscription back. Can this ban be removed?

Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or doing anything else to another member or guest that is unwanted. 5. Banishment 5.1. Moderators must restrict the rights of users who are intentionally or repeatedly hindering cultured conversation. The ban may be temporary or permanent. 5.2. FlyOrDie reserves the right to immediately ban access to any account for violations of our rules. You may lose your account with no refund. 5.5. FlyOrDie will not tolerate using multiple nicknames in order to avoid banishments. Offenders of our rules might face permanent banishments on all nicknames used by them An insult from another player doesn't give you the right to answer in the same manner. The preferred method here is to report the concerning player immediately and then mute him. The Moderation Team will review the matter and will act accordingly. Cheers,

The report option for players without a subscription is available when they have three dots on their dice. But of course there is a second way to report someone which is available to everyone:
