I crafted 21 essence-pebbles in anticipation of my clan application being accepted.  My clan application was accepted after that.  I went to use my essence-pebbles to craft the next thing, but the pebbles disappeared from my inventory at some point.  I thought I went mad for a second, but the wonderflasks I used in the crafting are gone so I definitely made them.  They're not in my house so I'm not sure what happened.

Has this ever happened to anyone?  I thought I had created soulplasters as well, but I can't really prove that.
