Since the 21st of June newly signed-up players don't have a rating and their games don't appear in their own statistics and in the opponent's statistics either. I am one of them. I am even subscribed and pay for a service I haven't been able, yet. Every day I see at least 20 new players who can't play and their number is rising. I would be very grateful for a short reply and an info when this error will be fixed. If it was a chess room it would not have taken that long. Best regards, docecos

His nickname is different than yours, so that's not a problem. Maybe his real name is Docecos, you don't know. Therefore he is allowed to end the post with 'Best regards, docecos'
