Change the matchgame rating system. 
I noticed, for day,for months, for years,that players with for example 700+ are only playing players with 100+,200+,300+ and no more. That,s why their score is so high.
Make a rating mathgame system with a range of 100 points below and 150 above.Then a player with a 700+ will not be able to play players with 100+,200+,300+. Only 600+.
Other chess sites have that system. Very fair system.
I know there are players with low rating very tricky. But the issue is what i have mentioned above.
