onebip problem premium user, y paid two times
i pay two times from one bip, and in the two cases, it reduces my money of the phone.... and iam not premium user, here the screenshots, i lost money, and iam not premium user, why?

sorry for my english, i need help! is my money, i paid!

You could have just done what onebip suggested:

"Please register the mobile phone number <+54 1134449425> with which you have made payments and get back to us and we will credit your account (14.52 ARS)."

Posting personal information on the internet is a bad idea. It's too bad you're going through this but keep a clear head, you'll get better service and you'll make fewer mistakes.

    You can manage your mobile phones (add and delete) from your Onebip panel.
    Log into your Onebip account and select Manage > Mobile Phones.
