True but then there would be no main rooms with top players in. Atm you always know room 1 will have the best players in it, whereas if there was an english room as well, you would have to swap between rooms to find a room with a decent rating to play. 

few yrs ago it was rare to see any foreigners in main rooms, but now its a joke, its like playin spot the white guy in north london

IF (A big if too) FOD was to create an English Room, what is stopping a French player entering?  Nothing...

i noticed there in a lot of foreign rooms on 8ball but no one uses them.the only way i can think of to have an english room and enforce it would be to disable none english letters/symbols.think i had a dispute in chess a few months back with someone who was in the english room speaking french in the lobby,kinda pointed out he is in the english room.

Well. I am English and, as you can see, unlike the majority my name gives away all. My only objection is that, using this name, there being so many continentals playing, they do tend to opt for those which they think are from there part of the world. With so few actual english names, I sometimes find it impossible to get a challenge..And, as always on this site, most cannot even lift there forefinger to reject!
I operate under another name, that ends in ski. With that I get a game instantly - lol.
