I keep getting killed when I try to reply to a question that has only one answer because my dexterity isn't high enough. Does anyone know how high the dexterity level needs to be to complete the King's Mission # 42?

King's Mission # 42
I know the question does not require an answer. When I continue forward, I die and am returned home because my dexterity was not high enough. What does the dexterity level need to be to allow me to get past that point?
I don't think anyone really knows the exact number of dex. points needed, but what I am trying to say is that you can complete the mission without doing that question.
