i don't know what you mean by "reset your account".  but you might try deleting temporary internet files, running a virus scan, and/or restarting your computer... if you haven't tried all of those yet.  if those don't work, find a mod in chat and ask what they can do, or send an email to support@flyordie.com with a description of the problem, and a screenshot to show what's wrong if you can.
