when i dig i get low exp what to do to get higher exp? strenth? Intelligence? Dexterity? Persistence? Quickness?

Probably because diggers get so much $, they do not get much exp.per dig. I haven't seen any info that other attributes affect exp when digging. JCD
Experience points gained from digging is based entirely upon your character level and what you have dug up. It is therefore only indirectly related to your Luck attribute. As your Luck attribute score increases, you dig up better stuff and larger quantities of said stuff, and so your experience points per dig increases.
