I am a fighter, i have only 1 skill point for magic, so my magic does so little, i cant affect these things. I am to low of level to use any magical item that i have seen. Im level 8. Am i basically [up a creek with no paddle]? the magical items take several levels higher than i am. Can i make one that fits my level? If so, is there a site that i can go to find recipies? I like this site (its Sandy's to give credit where it is due.) Look at items on the right hand side and enter your level and what type of weapon you want. For elementals it needs to be magical. It looks like the only options are the level 6 magical cudgel (striking/smashing) or the level 8 skivian bow (ranged). Other than that you'd need magic (which you don't seem to have) or fast sneakers to run away until your level 9 and can get a vampiric hammer or sword. GL JD
And if you don't have magic you can't make magical weapons either. Either make a char with magic abilities to make weapons for your other char, or buy them at the market.
Thanks for the help guys, the website showed me what to get, i just leveled to 9 and i got a vampire sword, now i whoop those elementals.
no need to bump this. If you click "help" in the game and look at "player sites" it is right there.
One cheap but very tough way to get rid of elementals that works at any level is to buy a magic toothpick. It may have pathetic damage, but it's easy to get a toothpick at the market or to make one yourself (ingredients: fishbone, acid crystal, magic splinter).
