I think A meant a chat where any one from any game can be together and chat.
Than is unlikely to happen.  It would have to be so massivly huge even if they system could handle it, it would be difficult to chat with that many people.  Just look at the main screen.  There are 15 games with chat.  Some of them have many rooms with more chat.  It wouldn't be easy to follow the converstaion, and if the Larkinor people start talking about splatting the pool people would not find it interesting at all.
