i have recently changed my laptop, when i try to play online on the PC version, it says that i cannot connect to the server and that i need to check proxy settings. im currently using port 1080 to connect but its rejecting that. i have checked my firewal, i have tried to add that port to the firewall, i have also tried removing that port, nothing has worked. any ideas as to how i can overcome this problem? many thanks

i am getting the exact same problem, dunno if its something to do with me having windows 7 tho, NEED HELP PLEASE!!!
One of the ways to get rif of the problem is joining game on web version first, and then switching on PC version whyle being on web. That works for me. NW
I'm getting the same thing. This has been going on for 2 to 3 weeks now. Get's kinda frustrating. Also not fair to the ones that subscribe I think.
